A vertical jumping program should consist of a few key components. You must be able to trust that the workout will work. How do you know if it will work? Well, you are never 100% certain that it will, but a good indication is by reading testimonials of people that it has worked for. But some sites will put up fake testimonials, and if that is the case, do not buy anything from that site.

You have to be able to spot the scams from the real thing. How do you spot a scam? One very easy way to see a scam is if they have no contact information on the page. If there is no way for you to get a hold of the creator of the product, it is a scam.

I have seen at least 15 different websites that offer jumping programs to help people increase their vertical leap and some them just look fake. Some even have fake pictures that are photo-shopped to show someone jumping higher.
