How long have you been wishing that you could jump higher? Do you lay in bed at night wishing you could dunk and then you have dreams that you jumping really high? It’s about time you make your dreams a reality by getting a jump program so that you can increase your vertical leap.

I want to learn to jump higher are there jump higher shoes I can use? No! Please never buy those vertical jump shoes, if you want to get the highest vertical jump ever you will have to train with a plyometric workout routine and not silly vertical leap shoes.

Vertical training can be a complex thing to someone that hasn’t studied it for years in college. That is why it is a smart move to ride on the coat tails of someone that knows their stuff. If there a programs out there that work, then why not buy one and put it to good use? You would spend more money on a new pair of basketball shorts that will make you look better but it won’t do anything to improve your game.

Imagine getting 10 to 12 inches higher in a few short weeks of training. What could you do with another foot of hops? What kinds of dunks can you do on a 9 foot rim? Now imagine doing those on the real deal 10 foot rim. You could be doing it, tons of people have used jump programs to reach their goals of dunking. I have seen people that are 5’6″ dunking a basketball after following this program.

Last year at this time I decided that I wanted to learn how to jump higher so I went to the Internet to see if there were any vertical jump training programs available. I didn’t realize how many there were and how different they all seemed. They were a little more expensive than I thought they would be so I knew that I would only be able to afford 1. This made it hard to know which was the best jumping program.

A little about me, I already jumped high and I even studied Exercise Science in college. I am more educated than most when it comes to training for any sport. I had even created jump programs for people I know that gave them results. But, I wanted to see how someone else would go about it. So I bought the program that I thought seemed like the best choice. You can check out which one I chose by Clicking Here.

It was an electronic download that was made available to me immediately upon purchase. So, I opened it up and the first thought that came to my mind was “this looks ugly” but who cares about the way it looks? I didn’t really care if it was fancy looking, I just wanted it to produce better results than what I had achieved by my own jumping programs.

I read through it, and I must admit that the author did know what they were talking about. Once I got done reading it, I felt pretty good with my decision, at least I didn’t get scammed. So, I got 2 of my friends to start doing the jumping exercises with me. The first workout made me so sore that I couldn’t workout again for 3 days. But needless to say that after the first 2 weeks I was jumping 2 inches higher. This is amazing progress for anyone that has ever tried to jump higher. I was convinced right then that I would stick to the program for the whole time to see what I could get out of it.

What was the program? Click Here to visit the same site I found 1 year ago and judge it for yourself. I would recommend it, but you are of course, free to form your opinion of it.

Not all jump higher programs are created equally. If you really want to learn how to jump higher by using a vertical jump training program, you need to read what I am going to explain in the next few paragraphs.

A vertical jumping program should consist of a few key components. You must be able to trust that the workout will work. How do you know if it will work? Well, you are never 100% certain that it will, but a good indication is by reading testimonials of people that it has worked for. But some sites will put up fake testimonials, and if that is the case, do not buy anything from that site.

You have to be able to spot the scams from the real thing. How do you spot a scam? One very easy way to see a scam is if they have no contact information on the page. If there is no way for you to get a hold of the creator of the product, it is a scam.

Click Here to see a vertical training program that meets all of the criteria.

I have seen at least 15 different websites that offer jumping programs to help people increase their vertical leap and some them just look fake. Some even have fake pictures that are photo-shopped to show someone jumping higher. I have purchased a few to review and I plan on purchasing everyone I can find so that I can give a detailed explanations of the best to the worst. So far there is a clear winner in my book and it is the Jump Manual.

After using the Jump Manual for 2 weeks, and getting very sore, I saw an improvement of 2 inches on my vertical leap. This amazed me because I already had a 34 inch vertical. It is easy for beginners to see big gains like that, but for an experienced jumper it is very exciting. You know how hard it is to gain 2 inches on your vertical leap and within two weeks I got my moneys worth from the Jump Manual.

Are you confused as to which of the many vertical jumping programs to buy? I haven’t tried all of them but I have purchased a few of them to try out and review and I have found a couple things that you need to know before you decide one of these vertical jump training programs.

The first thing you need to know is if the author of the product can be trusted. Do they have real testimonials on their page or are they just a scam? If the testimonials are 100% verifiable then you can trust the product.

I would want to see a money back guarantee, because that will prove that the product is legit. If they have confidence in their product to offer a 100% money back guarantee, you can feel safe that it will work or they would be out of business from returns.

Vertical leap training is something that not many people know how to properly train for. This is why you can pay good money to get a program that works. Most of the time people are training in a way that feels as though it is working very well, but it’s actually not doing anything. Just because you feel the burn or get sore, it doesn’t mean you are going to jump higher.

Learning how to jump higher is a science, that if followed, will get you great results. The human body does respond quickly to any type of training and vertical jump training is no different. You can start to see improvements in the first 2 weeks of a good vertical jumping program.

Don’t pay too much for any jump higher program. Anything that is $100 dollars is just too much, you can get great programs for well under. I have found that the best programs are usually in the middle of all the prices.

Vertical leap training is one of the most important aspects of any sport that requires you to jump at any time in the sport. The 2 most obvious sports in which you would greatly benefit from being able to jump higher would be basketball and volleyball. But training to jump higher is not the same as your standard weight training to improve your strength or look better with bigger muscles.

Why do the best jumpers in the world not have huge muscular legs? And why can’t all bodybuilders dunk a basketball? These are questions that many people have and knowing the answers to them will open your eyes to the proper way to increase jumping ability.

A good vertical jump program will focus on doing equal amounts of plyometric workouts and strength gaining workouts for your legs.

Plyometric exercises are not usually seen being done in any gym. They are designed to train the fast twitch muscle fibers and improve the effectiveness with which your golgi tendon reflex fires. When you bend your leg you are stretching the patellar tendon and this stretch is like stretching a rubber band, when you let go of the band it will react quickly by going back to it’s normal length. The same thing happens with the muscles in our bodies. When you stretch the patellar tendon it wants to return back to it’s regular length and it will do so automatically because of the golgi tendon reflex. This is what happens when a doctor taps your knee with that little rubber mallet. The mallet stretches the tendon and the golgi tendon reacts by straightening your leg.

Plyometrics are designed to make all the muscles fire at the exact same time and with all the force possible. Plyos do not increase the speed at which this reaction takes place because it happens at a fast enough rate and you can’t control the speed of the reaction but you can train your muscle fibers to all fire at the same time and this will produce more power in the movement which will result in you jumping higher.

Power is a result of strength and speed, so the plyometric training works on speed and working out with weights will improve your leg strength.

This jump program is a perfect example of how you should train to increase your vertical leap properly.
